Hectic

Yea. Hectic. That pretty much wraps up the last week all in one word. But it’s still been mostly fun. There were certain people that made it more hectic and annoying (no, it’s not anybody who would even read this blog–so you’re safe). I stayed busy all week doing numerous things. Of course, many were computer related. I didn’t get a chance to take many pictures, which kinda sucked. But I tried to take more Thursday and then also Friday morning. Thursday night was crazy ‘cuz I hauled two girls cabins sleeping stuff out to the treehouse and then got a fire started for them. But it was fun because I got to drive around in the dark with the Workhorse (the nice offroad golf-cart). Then I got up at 7:30am Friday morning to go out there and pick up their stuff.

Luke (property manager) and his wife left this weekend so I’m taking care of their cats and horses. After cleaning the camp Friday evening, I took care of the cats which just involves putting the two cats in the garage. One cat is really friendly and I had no problem, but then the other other one was a scaredy cat (pun intended). I finally got it to come to me and gave it a treat and stuff. I think it will be friendly towards me now. Then I went to take care of their three horses and just had to make sure their water was full. They had drunk a lot since it was so hot outside so it was actually almost empty. After doing those chores, I came back to camp, took a shower and then most of us went over to one of the nearby staff’s home (Alyson’s) and watched the movie Sky High. It’s a pretty funny movie and pretty good family entertainment.

After the movie we came back to camp and now Josh, Lauren, Dave, Dave, and me are hanging out in the office. It’s 1:35am right now. We’ll probably be heading to bed soon. We’re all pretty tired–but yet, we’re not. But anyways. I’m sure I’ll blog more later. Have fun. Feel free to comment if you so desire.
