Rain!
It’s finally actually raining! We’ve got a nice little T-Storm rolling through right now. Should get at least 1/2-1 inch out of it. It hasn’t rained here for awhile so we need it.
Today is the first full day of Young Adult camp. It’s pretty sweet. I went waterskiing this afternoon. It was only me and another person who actually went skiing (two people came along on the boat just to watch), so we got to ski as much as we wanted. It was sweet. I busted out some sweet moves. I jumped the wake some, and I also pulled a sweet move where I put my hands around through my legs and held onto the rope for a little bit. I also tried slaloming (skiing with one ski). The best way to learn to do it is to start out of the water with two skis, and then drop one as you’re going along. The first two times I tried I fell almost right away, but the third time, I was able to stay standing up on one ski longer. It was sweet. Once I get better at doing it on ski, then I’ll work on getting out of the water with one ski–which will probably be pretty hard.
Well, it’s 3:40pm, but I’m tired from skiing, so I’m gonna go take a nap I think.
