Last night we had our second regular season game. Offensively, we sucked it up. It was pathetic. All of us were dropping easy passes. At the end of the 1st half, it was 20-6 (us), but we should’ve had 3-4 more touchdowns. Our QB (and coach) was getting pretty peeved at us–and understandably so. When we came out for the 2nd half (we started with the ball at the 20yd line), I told Mike (our QB/coach) in the huddle, that one of the plays we had run twice in the 1st half, and left me wide open down field. Our first play of the 2nd half got us nothing. Then on second down, he called the play I had told him about. I headed downfield and turned inside and got the defender turned around. I was wide open and Mike saw me and threw a beautiful 30yd pass into my hands and then I just had to run the rest of way to the endzone for my first TD of the season. That play must’ve jumpstarted the other players because we took off from that point and scored another four TD’s before the end of the game. I think the final score was 44-6.

So far we are 2-0.
