St. Patrick’s Day

St. Patrick’s Day – Another great excuse for people to get drunk.

We finally got A/C working in our offices. My office/server room was 70 degrees. It was glorious.

It was like Christmas today at work. At 2pm, the 14 Dell refurb desktop PC’s for the school arrived (thank you Mr. FedEx Delivery Man) at our offices, and then about 10 minutes later, we got our 92lb, 2TB (yes, terabyte) Dell PowerVault 220s SCSI Storage Array (thank you Mr. UPS Delivery Man). Oh how fun it was!

I made hamburgers on the stove tonight (we don’t have a grill). At first, I had the burner set to “High.” I realized this was a bad idea after the smoke detector went off. I discovered “Medium” is a much better temperature to cook them at.

Tomorrow’s forecasted high temperature is 88 degrees. Just another March day in Midland.
