Goodbye Russia

I’m heading to the Moscow airport in 28 minutes. It’s currently 1:32am here on Sunday, August 9th. My flight leaves at 5:50am. After a layover in Amsterdam, and a total of 11.5 hrs in the air, I will arrive in Uganda about 8:30pm (I gain one hour on the way).

Thanks for all your continued prayer support. My goal on this trip today is to write up a report of my Russian adventures. I don’t know when I’ll have an internet connection again though, so it might be sometime next week before I can post it.

Things to pray for:

• That my luggage makes it to Uganda and that nothing gets “lost” (aka stolen)
• That my stomach will decide to agree with the rest of my body (it’s not terrible, but it is annoying).
• Continued good health and safety while in Uganda
• That I will be able to be a light for Jesus and blessing to those I’m around
• That I can accomplish all the goals set before me
• That I can patienly adapt to the culture and to the various changes that will certainly come up in my schedule
